Course Description

Climate and Culture will validate the importance of professional relationships between educators to ensure student learning both academically and emotionally. Participants will engage in a variety of activities to build background knowledge and ultimately become leaders of climate and culture within their learning institutions. Participants will be given climate and culture tools that can be shared with staff.
